The main goal of the Project is to increase employment among people with disabilities who have higher education and / or are in the final year of studies, by planning and implementing an individual career path and introducing them to the labor market.
Project participants may be people who:
They are graduates of a university or are in the final year of university studies;
Have a valid certificate of the degree of disability (or an equivalent certificate);
They are unemployed on the day of joining the project.
Project participants can count on:
Support of a career advisor, a competence test and a Clifton Strengths Finder Assessment test will be carried out for each of the Project participants;
Support for a career psychologist / coach;
Attractive workshops on the following topics:
Self-presentation
Organization of working time
Goals, rules, consequences
Interpersonal communication and communication in the team
Teamwork, task and responsibility
Training in devices and technologies supporting people with disabilities in the professional environment - for selected participants
Support in active job search;
Paid 3-month activation internships for the best (20 participants in each of the project implementation periods)
Support for internship tutors.
As part of the Project, the International Foundation "Reaxum" covers the following costs:
professional substantive service during organized supports;
rental of training rooms during workshops and training sessions;
accident insurance of participants during organized supports;
training materials;
meals during participation in workshops and training;
accommodation during training and workshops - for people who, for justified reasons, are not able to travel from their place of residence on the day of the training or workshop (e.g. distance over 100 km); costs will be covered until the budget allocated for this purpose is exhausted;
travel to training and workshops - costs covered up to the amount provided for in the budget and until the budget is exhausted for this purpose, in accordance with the applicable "Regulations for the settlement of travel costs - project entitled "GraduatON".
