The Head of the Commune of Aleksandrów Kujawski invites you to participate in public consultations on the draft resolution on the adoption of the "Program for the removal of asbestos-containing products from the commune of Aleksandrów Kujawski for the years 2020 - 2032".

Consultations are conducted pursuant to the provisions of Art. 39 sec. 1 of the Act of 3 October 2008 on the provision of information on the environment and its protection, public participation in environmental protection and on environmental impact assessments (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 247) and Resolution No. XLIV / 368/18 Aleksandrów Kujawski Commune Council of 6 June 2018 on the rules and procedure for conducting consultations with the residents of the Aleksandrów Kujawski Commune (Journal of Laws of the Province of Kuj.-Pom. Of 2018, item 3203)

The consultations are aimed at getting to know comments, opinions and guidelines regarding the resolution on the adoption of the "Program for the removal of asbestos-containing products from the commune of Aleksandrów Kujawski for the years 2020 - 2032".

The main goal of the program is to eliminate the negative impact of asbestos on the inhabitants of the commune and to eliminate the impact of asbestos on the environment through the safe removal and disposal of asbestos-containing products. The program includes, among others educational and information activities on safe handling of asbestos-containing products, methods of neutralization and its harmfulness. The implementation of the program will have a positive impact on the improvement of the environment by increasing the quality of the atmospheric air.

The consultations may be attended by residents of the Aleksandrów Kujawski Commune.

The announcement is made public in a manner customarily adopted in the commune, by placing the draft act of local law with attachments on the notice board at the seat of the Commune Office of Aleksandrów Kujawski, ul. Słowackiego 12 87-700 Aleksandrów Kujawski, by posting on the website www.gmina-aleksandrowkujawski.pl and BIP of the Aleksandrów Kujawski Commune.

Completed forms for submitting opinions to the above-mentioned the document may be submitted within 30 days from the date of publication, i.e. from 12/02/2021 to 13/03/2021.

In addition, we would like to inform you that on the basis of the Act of October 3, 2008 on the provision of information on the environment and its protection, public participation in environmental protection and on environmental impact assessments (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 283, as amended) , The Head of the Commune of Aleksandrów Kujawski asked the Regional Director for Environmental Protection in Bydgoszcz and the State Provincial Sanitary Inspector in Bydgoszcz to take a position on waiving the obligation to conduct a strategic environmental impact assessment for the project entitled "Program for the removal of asbestos-containing products with an inventory from the commune of Aleksandrów Kujawski for the years 2020 - 2032".
